Frequently Asked Questions
How many questions for the Mental Health Management Certification Exam can I solve for free?
You can practice all 900 questions for free. No membership registration is required. It supports regular study, daily review, weak point overcoming, and mock exams, with options to specify sets, question categories, and exam courses.
What are the differences between Type I, Type II, and Type III?
Type III (Self-Care Course) tests knowledge for general employees to recognize and manage their own stress. Type II (Line Care Course) tests knowledge for managers and supervisors to care for their subordinates and improve the work environment. Type I (Master Course) tests knowledge for HR/labor management staff and executives to plan and operate mental health measures for the entire organization. There are no restrictions on the order of taking exams, and you can apply for both Type I and Type II, or Type II and Type III on the same day.
How do I switch exam courses on this site?
The "Difficulty" filter in Regular Study also serves as the exam course switcher. ★ represents Type III (Self-Care Course), ★★ represents Type II (Line Care Course), and ★★★ represents Type I (Master Course). By selecting only the ★ for the course you are taking, you can focus your practice on questions for that course.
What are the passing standards?
For Type II and Type III, a score of 70 or higher out of 100 is passing. For Type I, the total score is 150 points, with 100 points for multiple-choice questions and 50 points for essay questions. A total score of 105 or higher and an essay score of 25 or higher are required.
Does it also cover the essay questions for Type I?
No. This practice set only covers multiple-choice questions. Since essay questions are free response and cannot be replicated in a multiple-choice format, please prepare separately for the essay portion if you are taking Type I. This practice set can be used to solidify your knowledge of multiple-choice questions.
What is the format of the mock exam?
It is presented with 50 questions and a 120-minute time limit, just like the actual exam. During the exam, correct/incorrect answers and explanations are not displayed. You can move between questions, view unanswered questions, flag questions for review, and the exam is automatically graded upon time expiration. After completion, you can check your correct answer rate by subject.
Where should I start studying?
We recommend starting by confirming your current level with random questions, then focusing on reviewing areas where your accuracy rate is low. You can choose to study step-by-step from Type III to Type II and Type I, or focus solely on the course you plan to take.
Are these official past questions?
No. These are original practice questions created for study purposes, based on the officially published scope of examination and the chapter structure of the official textbook. They are not reproductions of official questions.
Where is my study history saved?
It is saved within your browser (LocalStorage). It is not automatically synchronized to other devices, and your history will be erased if you delete your browser data.
