Questions are organized according to the English exam guide (4 sections, 12 items).

Multiple choice and multiple select

As in the real exam, there are single-answer questions and "choose two" questions. Multiple-select questions count as correct only when every choice is right.

Scores by section

See your score for each section on the mock exam results screen.

Study in 6 languages

The interface is available in Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and Vietnamese.

Available study modes

  1. Standard study: Choose a section, item, and difficulty. The explanation appears right after you answer.
  2. Mock exam: 50 questions, 120 minutes. The number of questions per section follows the exam guide weighting.
  3. Today's review: Questions you missed before come back after some time.
  4. Weakness review: Questions with a low accuracy rate are asked first.
  5. Favorites: Retry only the questions you have marked.

Frequently asked questions

Does this site include actual exam questions?

No. They are original questions based on the exam guide items.

What is the passing score?

Google Cloud does not publish the passing score; you are only told whether you passed or failed. The mock exams on this site use 70% correct as a guideline.

How are multiple-select questions scored?

A question is correct only when you select all the correct choices and none of the wrong ones. There is no partial credit.

Why is the classification different from the Japanese exam guide?

This site follows the latest English exam guide (4 sections). The Japanese PDF may still use the older 5-section structure.

Can I study in languages other than Japanese?

The interface supports 6 languages. Question translations are being added gradually; questions without a translation are shown in Japanese.
